FX-100 Ducting Machine
The FX100 is specifically designed to weld Flexible reinforced ducting or tubing. This machine will weld reinforced tubes from a 2-inch diameter to a 48-inch diameter. The FX100 can also easily add a wear strip to the outside. All operations run simultaneous and are automated.

The tube is then wound up on a core as a laser writes a programmed company name on the tube. Speeds up to 60 feet per minute with limited to no operator involvement.
Filter Line System + Ultrasonic End Sealer
The MW automatic tubing system is able to pull fabric off of roll, pre-fold into a desired tube diameter and weld into a tube. After the system has welded the filter, it is pulled directly into a precise cut to length system. From here the ultra-sonic sealing process was added to the filter line system enabling the operator to easily radius weld the ends of filter bags.
