112 Extreme EasySlide Grommet with a traveling weld head for applications such as sign, awning, tent and tarpaulins where reduction in fabric handling is an issue.

The 112 Extreme is the next generation of the popular 112 Cross Seamer which can be built with a solid steel frame in lengths from 3m upwards to suit any company size, application and printer specification.

It has features to make fabric handling not just easier but also cost effective. With weld speeds up to 20m / minute and a rotary cutter on the same machine, the requirement for 2 finishing areas is no longer necessary, and now with the EasySlide Grommet feature 3 areas are incorporated into one!

The machine has a front trough which allows rolls to be supported and sturdy tables with wheels on the opposite side for the product to be worked-on. The dual lasers allow precise alignment for welding and aligning of images. Dual vacuums and fabric clamps hold the fabric in place to ensure best quality seams every time.

The EasySlide Grommet machine allows for eyeletting at the same workstation. It runs on the same track as the weld head and can be stored at the very end of the 112 carriage when not in use or can be used independently at the same time as the welding machine. This option can also be retro-fitted to the 112 Extreme and CS112 machines.

The tape dispenser can be used for webbing, butt-seam tape and extreme seam tapes.

A user-friendly touch screen allows for storage of settings for all the commonly used fabrics so at the touch of a button the product can be made to a consistent standard and appearance. 

The guides for each application mean the product can be made without operator intervention, the operator simply ensures that the material is kept in the guide, the guide and machine do the rest. 

The aim of this machine is to increase speed and improve cost eficiency while maintaining ease of operation.

The 112 Extreme can also be incorporated into a system for specific applications such as truck side curtains, see the video below.
