The T500 long arm welding machine for larger products where more work space under the arm is a necessity.

It was designed with the word "production" in mind. Built for the toughest production demands, the T-500 gives you the versatility of a multi-function machine able to weld pre-cut straight seams or curves while also permitting continuous direct off roll welding for maximum seam production capabilities.

The T-500 System permits fabric up to 81" (2.05m) in width to pass through the throat without folding. 

The T-500 is designed to weld hems, hems with rope, hems with pockets, overlaps, and many more!

The T-500 "build your own system" also allows you to expand, and grow your own system to meet your ever changing heat-sealing needs. You can choose any of our proven lower-welding arm configurations or the Traveling Carriage System and easily add them to your T-500 system at any time.
